As an AI Researcher：

 

My research interests are Robot Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning, Multi-Agents Intelligence, and Performance Optimization. I started researching Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning in 2011  and became interested in Reinforcement Learning in 2020. My research works have been accepted by AAAI, Journal of Machine Learning Research, in 2022 and 2023. I am currently focusing on robot learning.

I worked as a Data Scientist at IBM and as an algorithm engineer at Alibaba/Ant Group.

As an Entrepreneur：

I founded Beyond Distance Tech in Shenzhen. The company was acquired at value of 5 Million Dollars by Huike Group, Beijing.

As an Educator：

Beyond Distance Tech is dedicated to leading Chinese university students and engineers in learning and studying artificial intelligence technologies in depth.

​

Most of the studies happened online, and the courses contain systematic fundamentals and real-world industrial-grade projects.
